Sadly, no. Our products are consumables made for hungry pups, so for safety, hygiene, and quality reasons we can't accept returns or exchanges once items have been delivered, opened, used, or taken out of their original packaging. The only exceptions are damaged, defective, or incorrect items (more on those below).

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund. This covers products damaged in transit, items that were defective at delivery, or cases where you received something different from what you ordered. It doesn't cover issues caused by storage or handling after delivery, or natural variation in the look, texture, or color of real ingredients.

You have three (3) business days from delivery to let us know about a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. After that window we can't reliably verify the condition of consumable products, so requests may not be accepted. Inspect your order promptly and store your treats properly as soon as they arrive.

We may ask for a little more information to verify your claim. Without adequate proof, your request may be declined.

No. We don't accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind, taste preference, or your dog's individual response to a product. Exchanges are limited to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, and remain subject to our eligibility requirements and reporting timeframe.

Where your request is approved, we'll offer either a replacement or a refund at our discretion, based on the nature of the issue and available stock. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and the time to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Generally, no. Unless otherwise required, delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable, and any associated delivery charges may be excluded from an approved refund. We may also apply reasonable administrative or redelivery fees for failed deliveries or returns that arise from circumstances within your control.

If a delivery can't be completed because no one is available, the address is incorrect or inaccessible, or the order isn't collected as arranged, it may be returned to us, and a redelivery fee may apply. Once an order is delivered to your address, or left at the door, gate, or reception where permitted, responsibility for the product passes to you, so please retrieve and store your treats promptly.
